Years ago, I called my mom daily. She lived alone nearby in her 80s, and on one particular busy day, as I prepared for an out-of-town conference, I almost put off my usual check-in. Something told me to call, and that instinctive decision would change everything. When my mom answered, her speech was slurred. I recognized the signs of a stroke.

That call marked the beginning of my journey as The Caregiver's Coach.

After my mother suffered a stroke, I became her advocate, navigating the complexities of her care as an only child. With my background as an attorney, I created adaptable systems to manage her changing needs with as little stress as possible.

Now, I bring these insights to others who, like me, want to care deeply for their loved ones without losing themselves.
